She took great pains to call me and describe each color of the roses from the bouquet I had chosen from Growers direct. She was barely audible but I listened intently to her interest. Nice flowers but not what I ordered according to the picture. I feel the bouquet she received was much smaller then the one in the picture. As well, the picture had a sunflower in it and the one she received did not.
